Hydraulic Grouting Pump
Application:
KBY Hydraulic Grout Pump is used in tunnels and construction
projects for horizontal and vertical transportation of mortar or
large-area spraying. In the chemical industry and the paper
industry, it transports pulpy raw materials and waste materials. It
is used to transport fly ash slurry in thermal power plants. It is
used for grouting slope protection in national defense and civil
air defense projects and mine tunnel construction. In the
maintenance of highway pavement, it is used for mortar injection
and expansion. In prestressed component engineering, it is used for
mortar injection and expansion. In water conservancy projects, it
is used to reinforce dams. In the metallurgy, steel and other
industries, it is used to maintain blast furnaces and other
equipment for slurry infusion.
The hydraulic grouting pump is a fully hydraulic,
pressure-adjustable grouting pump. The pump uses high pressure to
accurately inject easily solidified substances or mixtures (water,
cement slurry, sodium silicate, etc.) into the cracks and cavities
of the rock or soil to achieve the purpose of reducing water
seepage and consolidating the rock and soil.

1. Q:How to pay for this order?
A:Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment； L/C at sight
(high bank charge, not suggest, but acceptable);100% TT in advance
(especially for small amount and spare parts etc.)
2. Q:How to place an order?
A:Both online order and offline order are acceptable.
3. Q:How about the package?
A:We have fumigation-free wooden case to protect the machine from
damage during the long-distance delivery.
4. Q:What is the lead time?
A:1 week for sample model, 2~3 weeks for customized model. It
depends for mass production.
5. Q:What should we do if there are some problems with the machine?
A:You can refer to the Operate Instruction or call our 24-hour

6. Q:Do i need technical skills to operate this machine?
